Not yet published. Terms of Use are being finalized and will be published before public release. This page is a placeholder so the address stays stable, and it does not yet create any binding terms.
This page will hold the Terms of Use for the Ulsh Solutions website and, where an application does not publish its own, for applications published by Ulsh Solutions, LLC.
The text is still being prepared. We would rather leave this page honestly empty than publish terms we have not finished writing.
1. What Will Appear Here
When published, this page will cover the ordinary subjects a set of terms covers, including acceptable use of the website, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Each application also has, or will have, its own Terms of Use covering that application specifically. Where an app publishes its own terms, those govern that app.
2. In the Meantime
Our privacy practices are already documented and in effect. The website privacy statement and each app’s privacy policy are published and linked throughout this site.
